As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in enabling first call resolution in a constantly evolving industry, while using a variety of tools and technology. In the process, you’ll handle a broad range of customer service call types such as processing extensions of expired products, enrolling customers in coursework, and assisting customers as they navigate our website. It’s an opportunity to showcase your customer experience expertise and assist us in creating customers for life! What You'll Do: Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, personalizing communication to enhance their experience. Provide technical support and employ fast-paced critical thinking to anticipate and address customers' current and future needs. Process orders, refunds, and other customer requests with accuracy and efficiency. Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and address concerns effectively. Learn and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to offer informed and effective customer support. Navigate new software quickly and manage multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously to ensure seamless operations. What You'll Need to be Successful High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Reliable in-home internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work. Customer service experience (preferred). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. A strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed individually and as part of a team. Demonstrated competencies in problem-solving, empathy, patience, time management, attention to detail, conflict resolution, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
