Customer Service Representative

NorthWestern Energy is a fully regulated electric and natural gas utility serving Montana, South Dakota, and Nebraska. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with emergency and non-emergency requests through various communication channels while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
