Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Data Information Processor As a Customer Service Representative - Data Information Processor at blithequark, you will play a critical role in administrating the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders, processing these assignments, and ensuring the completion of services and release of lender assets. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing a high call volume, and utilizing multiple systems and client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements. Key Responsibilities: Administer the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders and process these assignments efficiently. Process the completion of services and ensure the release of lender assets upon execution of service. Manage a high call volume while processing client/agent requests. Utilize multiple systems, including client/lender databases, to execute specific lender requirements. Work in a high multi-tasking environment with upwards of 15 different tabs between multiple screens. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and professionally. Work independently as well as within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit. Follow through and take ownership of work to completion, ensuring accuracy and quality. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and internal teams. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related industry such as collections, repossession, or automotive. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Ability to multitask on a computer with multiple screens. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a remote work environment. Experience in the collections, repossession, or automotive industry. Familiarity with client/lender databases and specific lender requirements. Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills. These include: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, ability to multitask on multiple screens, and familiarity with database management. Business Acumen: Understanding of the repossession industry and the importance of data security and compliance. Soft Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
