The Role: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your work will directly impact the lives of our customers, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefits and home delivery services with ease. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and potential overtime during peak seasons. Primary Responsibilities: Your Impact Respond to a high volume of incoming calls (60-80 calls) from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits, providing timely and accurate information. Engage with customers through active listening and by asking pertinent questions to understand their needs, documenting required information in our computer systems. Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, ensuring their issues are resolved and they're satisfied with our service. Navigate and utilize complex computer system applications to access customer information, process requests, and resolve issues efficiently. What We Look For: Essential Qualifications A High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries over the phone. Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to commit to 3-4 weeks of paid training with 100% attendance, conducted virtually from your home. Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift schedule during our business hours (5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST, Sunday - Saturday), with occasional overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Standing Out Previous experience in a call center or customer service role within the healthcare or insurance industry. Familiarity with virtual learning environments and remote work setups. Experience with digital platforms and systems, including web, chat, and email support. Knowledge of medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design, which can be an added advantage. Telecommuting Requirements: Working Remotely As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to ensure a dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions.
