Clearly explain contract details to customers, ensuring they understand their coverage and benefits. Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts, demonstrating flexibility and understanding. Engage actively with management and co-workers through visible communication, using camera-enabled interactions for training, team meetings, and management meetings. The ability to be focused and reliable , prioritizing tasks and managing your workload effectively. Organizational and multitasking skills , enabling you to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines. A High School diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are considered a plus, enhancing your ability to serve a diverse customer base.
