About the Role: RCM Customer Service Representative We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, working remotely 100% of the time. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark , you will be the frontline representative of our commitment to customer satisfaction, providing top-notch service and support to our healthcare customers. Your role will be pivotal in responding to customer inquiries, offering detailed information about our products and services, and resolving issues efficiently. Reporting to the RCM Customer Service Team Lead, you will be an integral part of our customer care team. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers within a 48-hour turnaround time, ensuring timely and effective communication. Assist customers with a variety of requests, including information inquiries, complaints, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. Collect copays and deductible payments, handling financial transactions accurately and securely. Maintain and update customer and referral information in our systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Review patient forms to ensure they contain all necessary billing information, showcasing attention to detail and understanding of billing procedures. Education and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. While an associate degree or higher is preferred by blithequark , it's not mandatory. Prior experience in customer service is highly valued, as it indicates your ability to navigate complex customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
