Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate customer records. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience. Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. A desktop or laptop that meets the company's technical requirements (PC and internet testing will be required). High-speed internet connection (wired, not wireless/hotspot or satellite) and a smartphone. Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home setting. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
