As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including inbound calls, emails, and chats, and providing exceptional customer service to our members, clients, and facilities. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are eager to join a dynamic and innovative organization, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, and providing personalized attention and exceptional care * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and update customer information * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge * Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: * 1 year of call center experience * 6 months of customer service experience * Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills * High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps) * A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a healthcare or transportation industry * Knowledge of CRM systems and software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **What We Offer** At blithequark, we are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
