Key Responsibilities Handle and respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathy Work with confidential customer information and maintain sensitivity and discretion Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, remaining calm and composed under pressure Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, following established procedures Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records Provide feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions Upsell or cross-sell products or services when required, using a customer-centric approach Qualifications and Requirements We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer service and are passionate about making a difference. To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with minimal supervision High School Graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills Over 18 years of age, with a valid identification and proof of age Ability to type 25 words per minute, with a strong typing accuracy Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Preferred Qualifications 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of customer interactions Work from Home Requirements Reliable internet connection, with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, ensuring a stable and efficient connection Proof of internet speed required, to ensure compliance with our technical requirements Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions What We Offer At Teleperformance, we're committed to providing a workplace that is conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
