Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services * Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers * Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures * Following and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis * Maintaining precise work order files and formulas * Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse * Tinting and mixing products, as needed, to customer specifications * Stocking shelves and setting up displays * Cleaning store equipment * Loading/unloading delivery trucks * Assisting in making deliveries, as needed * Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas * Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options * Complying with inventory control procedures * Suggesting ways to improve sales **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Be at least eighteen (18) years of age * Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future * Be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion * Be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation * If internal to blithequark, have received at least a 'meets expectations' (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal * If internal to blithequark, have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position **Nice-to-haves** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: * Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License * Have at least a High School diploma or GED * Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position * Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products * Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment * Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language * Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) * Disability coverage * Retirement and saving benefits * Generous time away from work package including personal leave, paid parental leave, medical leave, vacation, and holidays **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
