Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. Location: Remote Salary: $79,000 Employment Logistics: The Customer Success Account Manager supports new customer onboarding and ensures our newest clients receive exceptional service from day one. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the sales team to help customers meet their package commitment goals, manage day to day account needs, and assist with reporting and tasks that support overall territory performance. You’ll be a trusted point of contact during onboarding and beyond, ensuring customers have a smooth and successful experience.
