Customer Success Manager Intern at IBM to support clients in adopting AI and hybrid cloud solutions through technical expertise and collaboration. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Understanding clients' Data and AI challenges and establishing trust as a technical expert for AI and Hybrid Cloud migration, deployment, and adoption. • Leading use case exploration and business framing workshops and developing client value realization models. • Developing AI solutions by coding/building MVPs using Python, open source frameworks, RedHat, and IBM watsonx. • Leading persuasive technical conversations to guide clients in adopting IBM solutions based on their requirements and value. • Creating post-deployment customer success plans to increase active user adoption of IBM products. • Collaborating closely with customers, product managers, and development teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions. • Showcasing IBM AI solutions through coding, demonstrations, and clear communication. • Designing and articulating AI architectures compatible with client technology stacks. • Working within IBM offices located in Atlanta GA, Austin TX, Boston MA, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, New York NY, Raleigh NC, San Francisco CA, Costa Mesa CA, or Washington DC, with readiness to travel if needed. About You The company is looking for: • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Currently pursuing or holding a B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience. • Experience with Python programming and notebooks. • Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models. • Client-focused with ability to ask open-ended questions and address business challenges. • Tech savvy and conversant about technology trends and their business applications. • Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal). • Self-motivated with problem-solving aptitude and initiative. • Confidence to engage potential new customers and deliver elevated experiences. • Desire to continually learn new technologies and apply their value in client environments. • Preferred experience includes familiarity with agile development, AI and data governance, generative AI architectures (RAG, chatbots), RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and specialized Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex. • Must have the ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship. Compensation & Benefits • Projected salary range: $69,000 to $126,500 per year, varying by skills, experience, and location. • Up to 8 paid holidays and a minimum of 56 hours paid sick time. • IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. • Paid family medical leave and disability benefits where required by law.
