Customer Success Supervisor - Signature - Rochester, NY

UPS is a Fortune Global 500 organization that is seeking a Signature Customer Success Supervisor. This role will manage a high volume of smaller customers, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and retention while leveraging data to support clients effectively.
