The Customer Supply Chain Analyst for the LATAM market will manage forecasts, inventory, orders, and demand analysis while collaborating with distributors and internal teams to drive value creation. Responsibilities Manage distributor relationships to ensure that their product needs are satisfied Capitalize on all wholesale/retail sales opportunities, through proactive inventory management and analysis, while balancing distributors’ and Molson Coors goals/costs Partner with network breweries to ensure timely production and shipping of our customers orders Make timely decisions to resolve distributor, field sales, and brewery requests/problems with a sense of urgency, leveraging superior customer working relationships with all internal and external contacts Maintain the integrity of forecasting, ordering and reporting systems that are used by Molson Coors, and defined LATAM export markets and distributor partners, providing users training and guidance as needed Skills You will have bilingual Spanish Speaking capabilities You will have excellent PC (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook) and analytical skills, experience in Business Objects and SAP are highly desirable You will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business or related field OR equivalent work experience You will have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service You will have demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives You love a challenge.
