Currently, we are looking for amotivated Online Support Agent who will join a dynamic retention team. The role involves supporting customers, representing the brand, and ensuring an excellent experience with the products. Night Shift : 00:00 - 08:00 ( Riga Time) Your Duties: As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for: • Engaging with users across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and social media, and ensuring timely, professional responses to inquiries. • Delivering an outstanding user experience by actively listening, understanding user needs, and providing clear, helpful solutions. • Following company guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency, accuracy, and high-quality standards in all user interactions. • Advising stakeholders on responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance considerations. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in customer support. • Ability to work various shifts – days, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends. • Demonstrating strong computer skills. • Exhibiting high communication and problem-solving abilities, being a fast learner, and a strong team player. • Englishlanguage Upper Intermediate (B2) is a must.
