Join Our Customer Delight Team We are seeking a Customer Support Associate who is fluent in German to join our Customer Delight Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You will handle requests via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse needs. Occasionally, you will also support our Dutch and English queues, utilizing our translation tools to ensure seamless communication. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, resolving issues and communicating with colleagues for support. Work independently, utilizing a solution-oriented approach to address customer concerns and improve their experience. Collaborate with the team to share feedback, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities within the role. Participate in company and team meetings, contributing to the development of our customer service strategies and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administer associated tasks efficiently. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess: Fluent German language skills, both written and verbal, as well as a good understanding of English. A friendly and empathetic personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proven experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following skills and experiences are desirable: Previous experience working with customer service software, such as Zendesk. Familiarity with translation tools and their application in a customer service context. Knowledge of the flower industry or experience working in a similar field.
