The Role: Customer Support Representative We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline of our customer experience, providing world-class support to our customers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to customers via incoming calls, addressing inquiries related to account management, device and network troubleshooting, order support, billing, and more. Take ownership of customer issues, following problems through to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to maintain a productive work environment and ensure customer satisfaction. Continually learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers. Develop yourself as a customer support representative through learning from others and self-improvement. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1+ year of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service. A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions. Please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to guide customers through situations clearly and accurately. An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer. Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Dialpad, or other call center software is preferred. What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive package that includes: An hourly rate of $16 per hour. Quarterly performance-based bonus potential. Training and Work Environment Our training program is fully remote and requires 100% attendance with minimal to no distractions during the training schedule (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm). You must be located in Utah to participate in this role.
