We handle hundreds of thousands of income and employment verifications every month and continue to grow our market share in the mortgage lending and tenant screening markets. Our Product and Impact Our verification product is used for mortgage loans, apartment rentals, background checks, and more. The Role: Customer Support Specialist (Part-time) As a part-time Customer Support Specialist at Truework, you will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers and users. You will be responsible for independently resolving a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels while meeting SLAs and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Independent Ticket Resolution: Resolve a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service. Troubleshooting and Solutions: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to customers. Proactive Customer Outreach: Conduct proactive customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction. Multitasking and Workflow Management: Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results. Compliance and Exceptional Service: Adhere to internal procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory standards. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, gathering and sharing all necessary information to support Truework platform users. Issue Escalation: Escalate ambiguous issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the income and employment verification process by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Technical Support Experience: At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment. Customer Experience: Committed to delivering a world-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy. Self-Management: Excel at self-management, consistently meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work. Technical Skills: Can navigate through multiple systems using a simple set of instructions. Organization and Efficiency: Uphold the highest standards of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. Resilience and Composure: Stay resilient and maintain composure under pressure. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Discipline and Adaptability: Highly disciplined, adept at managing multiple tasks, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Spanish Language Fluency: Spanish language fluency. Startup Experience: Experience working for a startup or similar environment. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $17 - $19 per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate expertise. Work Environment and Culture: Remote Work: This is a 100% remote part-time position, allowing you to work from home. Flexible Schedule: The work schedule for this role is between 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window.
