Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at Bonusly, you will be responsible for: Coordinating across departments to provide seamless support throughout the customer's journey Delivering a delightful day-to-day customer support experience, including responding promptly to questions via email, online chat, and video, and following up on reported issues Investigating technical issues, identifying bugs, and filing tickets with our Engineering team when necessary Empathizing with customers' perspectives to provide solutions that align with Bonusly's core values Collecting customer feedback and advocating for customer needs across departments Identifying patterns in support interactions and taking proactive action to address these patterns Contributing to various Customer Success projects as needed Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should: Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role Possess exceptional empathy and patience, with a strong ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions proactively Enjoy analyzing customer communications to identify patterns and create actionable feedback Have a strong understanding of the information required to debug issues and be able to collect this information from customers Be willing to challenge inefficient processes and suggest actionable alternatives Have an aptitude for digesting and communicating technical concepts to audiences with varying technical abilities Excel at identifying problems, discovering root causes, and working quickly to find long-term solutions Communicate with a professional, upbeat, and friendly tone, taking pride in delivering delightful experiences Prioritize effectively, especially under pressure, and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously Preferred Qualifications Bonusly points if you: Have experience working on a support team at a SaaS organization Possess basic coding skills, with the ability to read and write code Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Bonusly, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
