Job Summary As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled, personal support to our customers across all channels (phone, email, text). You will be the primary point of contact for puppy buyers, providing top-quality responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering education, support, and guidance every step of the way in their puppy search. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build trust, foster lifelong relationships, and turn customers into loyal promoters who become vocal Good Dog brand ambassadors. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, personalized support to customers across all channels (phone, email, text) to ensure a phenomenal experience finding their new best friend Provide top-quality responses to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations Anticipate customers' needs by proactively offering education, support, and guidance every step of the way in their puppy search Effectively and comfortably handle escalated interactions while leading with empathy and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction Build trust, foster lifelong relationships, and turn customers into loyal promoters who become vocal Good Dog brand ambassadors Collaborate with the Customer Care team to continuously improve processes, resolve customer issues, and drive growth What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional human-centered support. To succeed in this role, you should possess: At least 2+ years of experience in customer service, client services, or relationship management roles (prior dog knowledge is a plus!)
