What You'll Do As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing high-level support via phone, chat, and email. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Building Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve retention and satisfaction. Utilizing Cloud Support Systems: Navigate and utilize cloud support systems like Zendesk and JIRA to manage customer requests and issues. Collaborating with Development Teams: Communicate customer issues and requests to the development team to ensure prompt resolution. What You Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you will need: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear solutions. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Cloud Support Systems Experience: Familiarity with cloud support systems like Zendesk and JIRA, or willingness to learn. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Availability: Must be available for scheduled shifts, with a flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs.
