Cybersecurity Consultant, Customer Trust & Assurance
Job Description: • Respond to customer security RFIs, questionnaires, and due diligence requests related to the organization's security, privacy, and compliance posture. • Collaborate with internal to gather and validate responses. • Leverage and support update of central repository of answers to streamline response times and ensure consistency across responses. • Interpret and communicate technical concepts to non-technical customer audiences in a clear and concise manner. • Support ad hoc customer trust and assurance projects, including audits, certifications, and process improvements. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all responses, tracking customer deadlines and response status. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical field • Experience with customer relationship/responses and/or sales related pursuits • Strong understanding of core security concepts (e.g., access controls, encryption, risk management, security frameworks). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly. • Proven experience working with customer trust, assurance, security questionnaires, or security documentation. • Fluency in French and residency in Europe are required. • Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
