About the position Peerpoint is A&O Shearman's global platform for self-directed lawyers who want to access the best work, clients, resources and bespoke support, whilst working on assignments with A&O Shearman or directly with clients. Responsibilities • Provide legal expertise in cybersecurity law, cyber risk and regulation, and emerging technology security. • Handle incidents and investigations related to cybersecurity. • Interface with clients and internal teams to build strong relationships. Requirements • Minimum of three years' top-tier legal experience in cybersecurity. • Significant experience handling incidents and investigations. • Admitted to the California, Texas, Massachusetts, New York or Washington DC bar. • Commitment to building a career as an interim lawyer. • Proven project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Resilient, autonomous, and highly credible with strong commercial acumen. • Excellent academic credentials.
