Cybersecurity Specialist

About the position Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Ensure the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained and compliant with relevant standards. • Conduct regular reviews and audits of security processes, procedures, and controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement. • Provide regulatory intelligence to stakeholders on changes in security regulations that impact the organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update security procedures, guidelines, and documentation. • Serve as a subject matter expert on security governance, processes, and procedures, providing guidance and support to internal teams. • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning activities related to security governance and compliance. • Aid in the development of security processes for Non-product Software. • Facilitate regulatory submissions by pursuing product certifications and providing support with supplementary documentation and regulatory questionnaires. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend security enhancements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5 years of experience in product cybersecurity or related field. • Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices. • Experience with developing and maintaining security governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the Quality Management Systems (QMS). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
