D365 CRM Functional Consultant
About the position Requirements • Strong CRM Consultant with 15+ years of D365 CRM experience • Driven Business discussions/assessment workshops • Worked on CRM functional design covering functionalities for Sales, Customer Service, Field service and marketing • Experience defining D365 platform strategy and roadmap to establish D365 Platform as a horizontal in the organization • Expertise in creating business requirements, user stories, functional design and high-level design documents. • Sound understanding on power platform capabilities and possibilities • Overall understanding on - Dynamics 365 platform, online and on-premise versions, upgrades and migrations, integration with other office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile and handheld clients, outlook and outlook app capabilities and offline capabilities • Experience and Understanding of DevOps, Data Archival, Governance, Best Practices, etc. • Experience of co-ordination among different teams like business SMEs, Development, QA, etc. • Given Training to Business Users on functionality being rolled out • Deep understanding of multiple industry domains. • Strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution Nice-to-haves • Hands-on technical experience will be advantageous Apply tot his job
