You will work cross-functionally with our growth and strategy teams.This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil, Portugal, Mexico, Colombia, and Spain.This is a talent pool role, which means that hiring for this position has been temporarily postponed. Applications will be reviewed, but please have patience when expecting feedback.What you'll doExecute brand strategy including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy and go-to-market approachCoordinate with the Director of Marketplaces to maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent across Amazon’s marketplace.Measure and report on category/item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance.Build client relationships through consistent and frequent communication,making sure output is in line with client expectations. Manage and execute client agenda. You will own 6+ clients at any given time.Maintain accurate catalog of various client products through product catalog uploading via vendor portalsIdentify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content and A/B testingManage forecasting of annual sales, management of inventory planning & replenishmentImplement marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, Display adsWork closely with PPC Manager to set ACOS/TACOS goals in line with client expectationsPerforming market research; Monitor trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights and other various data including, but not limited to sales trend, conversion rates and return trendsWho You Are3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon US marketplace operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central), including:Product launches, catalog optimization, and compliance with US consumer regulations (e.g., FDA for supplements)Proven success with Amazon US-specific tools (A+ Content, Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP)Demonstrated understanding of US consumer behavior, seasonal trends (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday), and competition dynamicsMust have 2+ years of client-facing experienceExcellent leadership skills with the ability to manage two Junior Brand Managers.Preferred (but not 100% necessary) experience in the following categories: Beauty, Supplements, and Specialty FoodExperience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting and Parent/Child VariationsExperience with Walmart.com is a plus!Strong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of dataExperience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scaleEntrepreneurial, self-starter seeking to grow our clients business and drive positive resultsWhat it's like to work at DarkroomWe're building the future of advertising and are looking for the minds to help us do it.
