Data and Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data & Financial Reporting Analyst to support both operational and financial reporting needs. This role requires strong technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Excel, along with a solid understanding of financial and operational performance metrics. Experience with nSAP/1ERP systems is a strong advantage. Job Responsibilities: • 1. Data Infrastructure Development & Maintenance • Gather, consolidate, and maintain data from multiple sources. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms. • Build and manage scalable data sets to support reporting needs. • Leverage nSAP/1ERP systems for data extraction and integration. • 2. Process Improvement & Automation • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting workflows. • Enhance existing management processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. • Contribute to the development of best practices in data handling and reporting. • 3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. • Present findings and actionable recommendations in a clear and concise manner. • Support decision-making through data-driven insights. • 4. Data Visualization & Dashboarding • Design and build impactful dashboards, charts, and tables. • Present complex data in a clear and intuitive format using Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet. • Continuously improve visualization techniques to enhance stakeholder understanding. • 5. Data Analysis & Management Reporting • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights. • Develop reports for performance tracking, budgeting, planning, and forecasting. • Use advanced Excel, Tableau, and Smartsheet features for data manipulation and reporting. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 10 years of experience relating to the job description Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and financial reporting. • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, and advanced Excel. • Experience with nSAP/1ERP systems preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
