This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, California (USA), Texas (USA) We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Domain Architect to design, govern, and optimize enterprise data domains that support scalable analytics, data integration, and business intelligence initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will define data domain models, ensure data consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with organizational strategy. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in data architecture, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into well-structured, secure, and scalable data solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain enterprise data domain architecture aligned with business and analytics objectives Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models across assigned data domains Establish data standards, naming conventions, metadata, and domain-specific governance rules Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, security, and business teams to ensure data alignment and usability Guide the integration of data domains across systems, platforms, and cloud environments Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, and integrity across the data lifecycle Support master data management (MDM), reference data, and metadata initiatives Evaluate and recommend data architecture tools, technologies, and best practices Provide architectural guidance for data pipelines, warehouses, lakes, and lakehouse environments Document data architectures, domain definitions, and technical specifications Required Qualifications Must reside in the United States Must possess a valid government-issued ID (e.g., U.S. Passport, Drivers License, or State ID) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters preferred) 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or enterprise data design Strong expertise in data domain-driven design, dimensional modeling, and relational data modeling Proficiency in SQL and experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing domain-oriented or data mesh architectures Familiarity with MDM tools and metadata/catalog platforms Knowledge of data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) Experience supporting analytics, BI, and machine learning use cases Background working in large-scale or enterprise environments Core Competencies Strategic and analytical thinking Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions Collaboration across distributed, remote teams High attention to detail and data accuracy Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Personal computer capable of supporting enterprise data tools Ability to work securely in a remote environment What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Fully remote work within the United States Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development and certification opportunities Collaborative and inclusive remote work culture Compliance Notice This position is open only to candidates residing in the United States who can provide a valid government-issued ID as part of the employment verification process.
