Key Responsibilities: Gathering and Collecting Information: Obtain invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients. Information Scanning and Identification: Scan through information to identify pertinent data that needs to be captured. Data Correction and Organization: Correct errors and organize information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing. Spreadsheet Creation: Create accurate spreadsheets for data management and reporting. Data Entry and Updates: Enter and update information into relevant databases to ensure data accuracy and currency. Data Backup and Security: Ensure that data is backed up regularly to prevent data loss. Error Reporting: Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered during data collection and entry. Document Storage: Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval. Additional Duties: Handle additional duties as required from time to time. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably in data entry, administration, or a similar role. Language Skills: Good command of English, both written and verbal. Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with employees, departments, and clients. Concentration and Accuracy: Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed. Typing Skills: Proficient touch-typing skills.
