As a Data Entry & Claims Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately processing and managing claims data, maintaining up-to-date member records, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Key Responsibilities Claims Data Management: Accurately process and manage claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines. Member Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits. Policy Provision Application: Apply policy provisions effectively and handle sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality. Customer Service: Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed, maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Skills and Competencies Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Soft Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
