Data Entry Operator Day and Night Shift – FullTime/PartTime

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our remote team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various company systems. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys organized, independent work and values flexibility in their schedule. Responsibilities: Enter, verify, and update data from multiple sources into databases and internal systems Review documents for accuracy and completeness before entry Maintain organized digital records and ensure data confidentiality Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies Generate simple reports or summaries as requested by management Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency Meet daily or weekly productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Fast and accurate typing.
