Data Entry Representative (Remote) Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Location: Remote Reports To: Data Manager / Team Lead We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Representative to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems and databases. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy. Review documents and information for completeness and correctness prior to entry. Perform regular data audits to identify errors or inconsistencies. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information. Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed. Assist with file organization, digital documentation, and record maintenance. Follow data entry procedures and meet productivity and quality goals. Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data management. Perform other administrative or data-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous data entry or clerical experience preferred but not required (entry-level friendly). Strong typing skills (recommended 40+ WPM) with high accuracy. Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and data management software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
