Verify the accuracy of data to identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer information. Assist with generating reports and data analysis as needed, and collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently to meet strict deadlines, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a remote work environment, and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with data analysis and reporting, and knowledge of data management best practices. Certifications or training in data entry or a related field, such as Microsoft Office certification. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
