As a Data Scientist (L5) on our Customer Service team, you will be part of a talented group of professionals who are dedicated to using data science to drive business decisions and improve customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** As a Data Scientist (L5) on our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of CS metrics, identifying "north star" metrics, and driving them through data-driven decision-making. You will partner with executives, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Finance to further a statistically rigorous, data-driven decision-making culture in CS.
