This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine advanced data science with marketing strategy in a fast-paced, mobile-first environment. The Data Scientist will drive actionable insights that optimize paid social campaigns, improve user acquisition, and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and product to measure campaign performance, analyze cohorts, and enhance mobile measurement frameworks. Benefits • Competitive US salary range: $169,272—$199,143 USD. • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, starting from day one. • Short & Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, and 401(k) plan with employer match. • Paid time off, company holidays, volunteer hours, and parental leave. • Access to mental health and wellness resources, including therapy, coaching, and self-guided programs. • Opportunities for professional development, cross-functional collaboration, and career growth in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
