As a Data Web Application Developer on the Analytics & Behavior Change team, you'll build industry-leading analytics, data, and technology platforms to help reimagine health care. This position will play a critical role within a cross-functional team, delivering powerful solutions that inform network strategy and design, improve network performance and provider engagement, develop new provider offerings, and enhance consumer experience. You will be part of a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative team, helping solve problems, drive impact, and deliver key insights to our customers by building and deploying data web applications, optimizing performance of applications, building pipelines to support application data refresh and performing quality assurance checks. FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTS Communicate analytical findings to key stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand and actionable. Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills Able to present information to various audiences Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources Responsibilities Design and develop data web applications using Python code for new analytics capabilities and content using healthcare data Create business applications to deliver analytic solutions to constituents in a self-service fashion using Plotly Dash Enterprise Drive forward enterprise modernization opportunities leveraging Python and cloud-native technologies Required Qualifications 1+ years of relevant data web application development experience 1+ year Python 1+ year SQL query development, working in a data warehouse environment as well as the ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources 1+ year experience using Dash or Streamlit to build interactive web applications Preferred Qualifications Experience with front end development, e.g., REACT, HTML,CSS. Experience with cloud computing providers (GCP, Azure) Critical thinking and analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent time management Strong capacity and proactiveness for fostering collaboration and demonstrating commitment to the team s goals is required. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $64,890.00 - $173,040.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
