Perks: Shift: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm Weekly paycheck Pay: $25/hr Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: + Manage and update Excel-based trackers; maintain accurate, real-time data. + Communicate with candidates and hiring managers via phone, email, and text. + Support various departmental processes and coordination tasks. + Assist with documentation, status updates, and workflow follow-through. + Handle multiple tasks and maintain strong attention to detail. Requirements: + Very strong Excel skills (heavy tracker usage). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment. + Comfortable interacting with candidates and managers. + ATS experience is a bonus (they use iCIMS) but not required .
