Desktop Support Specialist Associate
The University of Michigan's Information and Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist Associate to join their MiWorkspace Neighborhood IT support team. The role involves providing onsite support for various devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
