Detail Specialist

Crash Champions is one of the fastest growing brands in the collision repair industry, operating over 600 repair centers across the U.S. The Detail Specialist is responsible for maintaining vehicle cleanliness and assisting with parts inventory and logistics to ensure efficient shop operations. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning to prepare for customer delivery Conduct pre-wash on vehicles before repairs or detailing Buff vehicles (preferred but not required) Move vehicles within the facility to support workflow efficiency Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including removing debris and trash Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders Inspect all incoming parts for quality and damage Return incorrect or damaged parts promptly to vendors Communicate regularly with vendors to track parts delivery status Ensure accurate parts invoicing and corrections within the estimating platform Skills High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S Automotive experience or interest preferred, but not required Buff vehicles (preferred but not required) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Group Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Referral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”) 5 Paid Holidays Performance-based bonuses may also apply Company Overview Crash Champions is a provider of automotive collision repair services.
