The Dev Rel team at Webflow is on a mission to empower everyone to create for the web. We’re looking for a Developer Evangelist to help us bring the next million developers to Webflow and become critical players in the WXP ecosystem. Our evangelists are the face of the Dev Rel team and will be the key points in getting Webflow’s developer platform into the hands of our builders. About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) Full-time Permanent Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: [$150,000 - $200,000] Zone B: [$140,000 - $190,000] Zone C: [$130,000 - $180,000] Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada [$170,000 - $230,000] This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management As a Developer Evangelist, you will: Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, including technical blogs, videos, livestreams, and demo projects, to attract and inspire developers to build on Webflow. Represent Webflow at developer-focused events such as meetups, webinars, and conferences. Cultivate and strengthen relationships within developer communities, actively participating in and amplifying conversations across forums, social media, and partner channels. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to strategize evangelism campaigns for product launches and provide valuable developer insights. Maintain an authentic "builder's voice" and a consistent publishing cadence, leveraging engagement data to refine programs and content. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role. About you: Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience with platform APIs in developer relations, solutions engineering, or technical marketing roles. Proficiency with web frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Astro, with the ability to create compelling web app demos or code samples. Exceptional public speaking, writing, and video presence, coupled with the ability to clearly and enthusiastically explain technical topics. Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams, including at least 2 years of managing external creators/agencies.
