DevOps Specialist

Mapon is looking for an experienced DevOps Specialist to join our Infrastructure Team . This team is responsible for: Maintaining, scaling, and developing our server infrastructure Developing and supporting shared back-end components used across our products Providing test and development environments and deployment processes Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Ensuring IT security and reliable data backups Monitoring systems to ensure stability and performance As part of this team, you will work closely with other senior colleagues to improve and maintain our CI/CD processes in GitLab, manage our Docker environments, ensure smooth data replication to our internal BI data warehouse, and collaborate with development teams to support and optimize development workflows. What you'll do CI/CD and developer workflows Maintain and improve our GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines Optimize build, test, and deployment processes across teams Containerized environments Administer, monitor, and optimize Docker environments used for development and testing Data pipeline reliability Manage and monitor replication pipelines from production databases to our internal Data Warehouse (ETL) Ensure reliability and automation of these pipelines (data calculations and transformations are handled by product teams) Maintain and update tools used in pipelines (e.g., Apache NiFi) Infrastructure and automation Support and improve Infrastructure as Code practices (Ansible today, room to expand further) Work on optimizations and automation in our on-prem setup Monitoring and alerting Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix) Collaboration and improvement Work with internal development teams to suggest and implement improvements in tools, workflows, and infrastructure Contribute to the stability, performance, and security of our systems Note: DevOps at Mapon does not include on-call responsibilities. Incidents are currently handled by senior developers across product teams.
