Job Description Responsibilities Innovative Infrastructure Transformation Develop and implement groundbreaking solutions to revolutionize infrastructure and processes. Challenge conventional approaches to drive significant improvements and efficiencies. DevOps Leadership Lead the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced CI/CD pipelines. Promote best practices in automation, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Cloud Infrastructure Management Manage and optimize cloud-based services for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Leverage cloud technologies to enhance system reliability and availability. Security and Compliance Establish robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Collaboration and Mentorship Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives. Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Process Optimization Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Introduce automation and tooling to streamline workflows. Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Lead root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures. Requirements Minimum of 7 years in DevOps and infrastructure roles. Proven leadership experience in a technology-focused position. Demonstrated success in implementing transformative solutions in large international companies. DevOps Expertise Extensive knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and toolchains (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). Proven experience with automation, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code. Cloud Proficiency Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP). Hands-on experience managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure. Innovative Mindset Demonstrated ability to conceive and implement unconventional solutions. Track record of transforming infrastructure and processes in impactful ways. Leadership Skills Capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
