Key Responsibilities • Assist with paid digital media campaign execution, including paid social, paid search, shopping, discovery, video, and more. • Review existing campaigns and analyze keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, and creative elements to identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop new campaigns, manage automation, audience targeting, and stay up-to-date with in-market trends. • Optimize bids, investigate budgets, test creative assets, and plan and submit creative requests. • Ensure consistency with brand safety and suitability standards. • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and opportunities for growth using various tools. • Monitor and present emerging practices in the ever-evolving world of digital media. • Closely monitor and continuously optimize campaigns to align with performance objectives. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • 1+ year of experience in digital advertising or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite/Google Slides. • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager.
