Digital Content Associate

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is the state’s leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care, nationally recognized for education and research. The Digital Content Associate will create compelling digital content to inform and mobilize diverse audiences while supporting both PPLM and the Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of Massachusetts. Responsibilities Develop and execute daily social media content for PPLM & PPAF platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, BlueSky) Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content promoting health services, advocacy, and policy initiatives Collaborate across teams to produce branded materials such as fact sheets, educational graphics, and videos Manage website content for pplm.org and pplmvotes.org (drafting, editing, updating) Assist with email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and asset creation Analyze digital engagement metrics and recommend improvements Maintain a digital asset library (photos, graphics, templates) Support digital strategies for events and advocacy campaigns Provide on-site support for community engagement and public events as needed Skills Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Commitment to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights 1–3 years of experience in digital design, content creation, marketing, or communications preferred Benefits Generous Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match Life and Disability Insurance Professional Development Opportunities Commuter Benefits Company Overview Our Mission The mission of PPLM is to protect and promote sexual and reproductive health and freedom of choice by providing clinical services, education and advocacy.
