Job Summary We are seeking a Digital Content Creator to join a dynamic User Experience Design team responsible for crafting award-winning websites, mobile applications, and internal workstations. This contract role involves content creation, editing, and strategy development to support user-centric digital experiences. Key Responsibilities • Write, edit, proofread, and audit digital content across platforms. • Develop and maintain nomenclature, tone, and voice guidelines. • Define content standards and quality benchmarks aligned with industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, developers, researchers, and UX specialists. • Translate competitive research and subject matter expertise into actionable content requirements. • Advocate for user-centered content strategies within the organization. • Manage content and asset inventories effectively. • Oversee copy deck creation, review, and publishing workflows. • Ensure content compliance with legal, accessibility, SEO, branding, and style guide requirements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Prior experience in content strategy and user experience. • Proven ability to develop and implement content strategies. • Experience in managing detailed content inventories and conducting content analysis. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with taxonomy and content structuring for CMS platforms. • Experience with content migration planning and schema/component mapping. • Knowledge of SDL Tridion is a plus. • Understanding of information architecture and UX best practices. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
