Digital Growth Marketing Manager

Remote, USA Full-time
Awesomely is seeking a resourceful, organized, and results-driven Digital Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution, with a strong focus on optimizing sales funnels, driving conversions, and moving key marketing initiatives forward with minimal oversight. We want a well-rounded marketer who can execute—not a coordinator, not a data-only analyst, and not just an ad buyer. You’ll be the go-to person for all things funnel-related, ensuring our direct response info product campaigns are executed at a high level, and that our VSLs and conversion points are continually improved. You’ll work closely with the CMO, devs, and creative team, taking ownership of the marketing execution process from ideation to launch, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re a hands-on digital marketer with a knack for organization, a passion for direct response, and the ability to “own” the sales funnel, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Funnel Ownership & Execution: Take full ownership of the sales funnel process, from VSL creation to launch, ensuring every step (copy, design, video, implementation) is executed to a high standard and nothing is missed. Oversee the handoff and quality control between copywriters, designers, video editors, and developers, ensuring marketing intent is preserved throughout. • Direct Response Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for info products, focusing on driving measurable growth and conversions across multiple channels (not limited to paid media). • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify and prioritize conversion bottlenecks in sales funnels. Collaborate with data analysts to interpret reports, then design and implement A/B tests and funnel optimizations based on insights. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you must be able to act on data and drive improvements. • VSL Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end VSL production process, ensuring scripts, slides, video, and web implementation are aligned with marketing goals and optimized for conversion. Provide marketing feedback at each stage and ensure timely, high-quality launches. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CMO, devs, creative, and paid media teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Keep projects organized and moving forward, acting as the “glue” that connects strategy to execution. • Organizational Leadership: Bring a marketer’s brain and a project manager’s discipline. Keep initiatives on track, maintain high attention to detail, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Reporting & Insights: Collaborate with data analysts to review marketing performance data, identify actionable insights, and recommend next steps for funnel and campaign optimization. Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with info products and direct response campaigns (not e-commerce or local services). • Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales funnels, VSLs, and direct response campaigns for info products. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-step marketing processes with minimal oversight. • Experience collaborating with creative, dev, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets. • Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable funnel improvements (CRO experience is a plus). • Excellent communication skills and the ability to “own” projects from start to finish. • Creative, resourceful, and able to pivot quickly between competing priorities. • Experience with VSL production and funnel implementation. • Familiarity with direct response marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, landing page builders). • Understanding of A/B testing and UX optimization. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is built for a sharp, execution-driven marketer who can think strategically, manage complexity, and take full ownership of funnel performance. If you’re a direct response expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and you want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you! Why Join Awesomely? • Join us in our mission to inspire, empower, and equip others to live more awesomely — to always be leveling up in making life easier, awesomer and more rewarding in meaningful ways. • Be part of a quirky company accelerating an upward trajectory, with real humans who sincerely enjoy their shared mission and purpose. • Play a key part of helping us scale, while elevating yourself into one of the fastest growing online publishers in the US. (verified by Inc.com!) • Thrive in a fully remote environment that promotes creativity, innovation, autonomy and an upbeat work environment. • We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and a matching 401K. • Last but definitely not least, come as you are! Everyone works best when they’re most comfortable, so if Hawaiian shirts and baseball caps are your thing, we highly encourage you to wear them, preferably together. :) Apply tot his job
