Digital Marketing Operations Assistant (Email Marketing + E-commerce) – Long-Term
I’m looking for a reliable Digital Marketing Operations Assistant to support me across execution tasks for my clients in the DTC e-commerce space. I run a small digital consultancy specialising in email marketing (Klaviyo), CRO, and e-commerce management. I handle all strategy and client communication. I’m now looking for someone who can take care of the operational, repetitive, and technical tasks so I can stay focused on high-level work. This is a long-term collaboration (not a one-off project). If you’re organised, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with clear briefs, you’ll enjoy this role. Email Marketing (Klaviyo) — 60% - Build flows in Klaviyo based on given briefs (Welcome, Abandon Cart, Post-Purchase, etc.) - Create and edit email templates (design + layout — no advanced copywriting needed) - Set up campaigns inside Klaviyo (segment, schedule, QA) - Perform segmentation (basic rules such as 30D/60D/90D engaged, product-based segments…) - Run QA before sending (links, visuals, mobile view, subject lines) - Prepare monthly email performance reports (OR, CTR, revenue, segment evolution) E-commerce Ops (Shopify) — 25% - Upload products, update collections, adjust basic page content - Add/update SEO basics (meta titles, meta descriptions, alt texts) - Format and upload blog posts - Basic page updates (images, banners, blocks) Reporting & Analytics — 15% - Gather data from Klaviyo, Shopify, and GA4 - Fill in reporting templates (Google Sheets/Slides) - Create dashboards for recurring clients Apply tot his job
