The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the digital marketing team in driving online visibility, executing and maintaining digital marketing initiatives, and measuring the performance. This role partners with leaders across the Marketing organization and beyond to create and implement robust and comprehensive digital programs that help transform the digital customer experience and align digital marketing efforts with brand, engagement, and demand generation objectives. This role will support directing and executing the company’s digital marketing initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels. This job will require a strong grasp of key business metrics, project management, communication, collaboration, as well as a keen focus on success measures across all marketing channels. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities : Assist with routine website updates, including content updates, image changes, and link checks. Conduct regular audits of brand standards Assist in preparing and organizing digital marketing performance reports, collaborating with Digital Marketing team and utilizing tools such as Salesforce, DemandBase, GA4, and other marketing tools. Perform basic on-page SEO tasks such as updating meta titles/descriptions, image alt text, and keyword tags. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for creative assets, copy, and development. Assist in the coordination of marketing calendars, project tracking, and internal communications. Participate in regular check-ins and planning meetings to update on campaign progress and priorities. Stay informed on current digital marketing trends and platform updates. Other duties assigned by the digital marketing team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven project leadership. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics. Proven ability to plan, execute, manage and optimize digital campaigns across search, social, display, and email. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, working under pressures and deadlines to complete assigned tasks. Project leadership, highly organized and time management experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Understanding and experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Experience Familiarity with WordPress is preferred. Background in health IT marketing; strong understanding of the healthcare buyer journey and user behavior (both B2B and B2C preferred) Do you know someone who you think would be a great fit for this position? Qualifications The salary range for this position is $45.00 per hour. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
