About the Customer Marketing Team at arenaflex Our Customer Marketing team is at the forefront of creating and implementing innovative strategies that foster brand awareness, drive sales, and promote customer advocacy. As a key member of this team, the Director of Customer Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our customer advocacy program. This program is designed to go beyond traditional customer references and case studies, focusing on creating unique experiences through state-of-the-art briefing centers, advisory boards, executive engagements, and building a vibrant customer community. Key Responsibilities The Director of Customer Marketing will be responsible for leading a team of talented professionals and driving the growth of our customer advocacy program. Key responsibilities include: Developing an enterprise-class customer marketing program aligned with arenaflex's overall strategy Fostering brand awareness and increasing sales through customer advocacy Creating an integrated strategy for customer engagement and advocacy Activating arenaflex advocates through digital and in-person events Driving process maturity to enhance team efficiency and customer experience Uncovering and amplifying customer success stories Managing advocate acquisition, development, and promotion Supporting the sales cycle and deal closure Leading and developing a high-performing team Establishing key performance indicators for content and program evaluation Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field A proven track record in launching and driving cross-functional customer engagement programs Experience in customer advisory boards, summits, and conference speaking engagements Proficiency in creating Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) and engaging experiences Expertise in customer storytelling Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders Outstanding project management and organizational skills Executive presence with excellent communication skills Leadership skills with a focus on team development An analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the ideal candidate will have: 10-15+ years of customer marketing experience Ability to create strategic plans aligned with business priorities Strong writing and presentation skills Problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills Experience in team building and mentoring Adaptability to fast-paced environments Skills and Competencies The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to think strategically and drive results Proficiency in marketing automation and customer engagement platforms Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making Strong project management and organizational skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
