How You'll Make an Impact Here are some of the ways you’ll contribute to our mission: ⚡ Set the vision for all editorial content across BC’s Betting Media brands , including betting picks, strategy guides, and written features that drive traffic and engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, affiliate, and marketing teams to ensure written content is aligned with broader business goals and user experience strategies. Balance performance and creativity by maintaining SEO success while developing new content formats, channels, and storytelling approaches that diversify our traffic sources. ️ Lead and evolve operational workflows , identify new opportunities for content innovation, and build scalable systems that support our growing editorial teams. The Ideal Profile: Is This You? Here’s what helps people succeed in this role: Experience: 8+ years leading editorial or content teams in digital media, publishing, or a related field. Proven success in creating high-performing, audience-centric content strategies. Experience in sports media or betting/iGaming industries. Toolbox: Strong command of editorial workflows and SEO best practices. Comfort working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments with cross-functional teams. Core Competency: Exceptional organization and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset. Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with US sports audiences and editorial trends. Harry brings over eight years of experience in digital strategy and leads a global team of more than 50 SEO and content professionals. He’s passionate about all things sports, SEO, and GenAI, and he’s committed to building collaborative, high-performing teams that move fast and think big. From day one, we'll guide you through a structured onboarding process to ensure you feel confident and ready to contribute. Your success in the first 90 days: 30: Train on our editorial processes and learn what works, what doesn't, how we drive traffic, and where we can drive more traffic. 60: Start to implement new content ideas, strategies and operations to increase audience and attention. 90: Begin to work collaboratively with affiliate, product and subscription teams to optimize content strategies around those revenue drivers.
